1About the service
“Egyptian League Fantasy” is a sports management game run by the Egyptian Professional Clubs Association. You pick a virtual squad of league players, and your points are calculated from their real performance in matches.
Using the app or the website means you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
2Eligibility and age
The service is available to anyone aged thirteen or over. For anyone under fifteen, we process their data only with the explicit written consent of their guardian, in accordance with Article 3 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
You may play with one account only. Holding multiple accounts to influence the rankings or prizes is grounds for suspending all of them.
3A game of skill, not a bet
This clause is fundamental and may not be interpreted otherwise: taking part in the game is completely free, entering the competition for prizes is completely free, and no payment of any amount is required to take part or to win.
“Fantasy Plus” is an optional subscription that buys convenience of use only: ad removal, and planning and alert tools. It does not — and will not — grant extra points, a ranking advantage or a better chance of winning prizes.

- No purchase is required to enter any competition or draw
- Results are calculated from real sporting performance, not from a draw
By this design the game is not a form of gambling, and no interpretation to the contrary is accepted.
4Your account and your responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
Selling, buying or transferring accounts is prohibited, as is using automated software to scrape data or to perform actions in the game.
5Subscription, payment and cancellation
Subscription prices are shown in the app and include value-added tax. A subscription renews automatically at the end of its term unless you stop it before the renewal date.
You can stop renewal at any time from your account settings, and your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases — such as ad removal — have no renewal and no later charges.
Payments are processed by a licensed provider, and we do not keep your card number. If an amount is charged for a transaction that did not complete, it is refunded automatically within twenty-four hours and you are notified.
6Prizes and how to claim them
Prizes are announced before each season or gameweek together with their conditions and dates. To receive a prize you must verify your identity and your registered details must match.
A prize cannot be exchanged for cash unless this is expressly stated. A winner loses the right to a prize if they are shown to have breached these terms or the community rules.
Staff of the Association, its direct partners in running the game, and their relatives up to the second degree are excluded from draws.
7What you post in the social section
What you post remains yours, and by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. You alone are responsible for it.
Every post, comment and article is subject to the community rules published in the app, the most important of which are: no abuse of any club or fan base, no transfer rumours without a source, and no content that invokes deadly incidents.
- We remove violating content and warn its author
- Repeat violations mean a seven-day posting ban
- Serious abuse suspends the account permanently
- Every decision can be appealed, with a written reason
8Data accuracy and limits of liability
We rely on a provider for match data, and events are reviewed by people. Errors or outages can happen; when they do, we announce them in the app rather than hide them, and we recalculate points in full, retroactively, once the data is back.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In all cases our liability does not exceed what you actually paid in the preceding twelve months.
9Intellectual property
The game's name, logo, design, rules and databases are owned by or licensed to the Association. Club crests and player names are used under licence from their owners.
None of this may be copied or commercially republished without written permission.
10Changes to the terms and ending the service
We may amend these terms, and we will notify you in the app at least fourteen days before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept the change.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings, and we may suspend it if you breach these terms, giving the reason and a way to appeal.
11Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the Cairo Economic Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. An amicable settlement will be sought before going to court.
